High Grange began with father and son duo, Ron and Gary Reed in 1998, with their first development, The Grange in Whitehaven, Cumbria. As demand for quality housing grew, so did High Grange. We expanded our reach to various regions within Cumbria, including St Bees, Beckermet, and Wigton, each development meeting the unique needs of its community. Keekle Meadows, our most ambitious project to date, began with the same planning process as our previous developments. However, it quickly surpassed all expectations, becoming the most popular project in our portfolio.
