When you’ve found the plot you love, for example, at our stunning Keekle Meadows development, you can secure it with an Option To Buy. This removes the plot from the market for 12 weeks (or longer, if needed), giving you time to finalise your plans, explore customisation options, and take the next steps at your own pace.
There’s no pressure, just the peace of mind that your chosen home is safely yours while you get everything lined up.
Secure Your Future Home in Just a Few Steps
We’ve simplified the reservation process into two key stages:
Step 1: Option to Buy
Pay a small fee to reserve your chosen plot. This takes it off the market for 12 weeks, protecting your position while you prepare financially and personally.
Step 2: Deposit
At the end of your option period, you’ll pay a deposit (typically 5% or 10%, depending on your agreement) to move forward with the build.
